Protestant:
All Scripture alone is the final authority in all matters of faith and practice. Scripture itself testifies that it is complete in what it reveals and the standard and final authority on all matters of doctrine, faith and practice.

Roman Catholic:
Accepts 66 books of old and new testaments of the Bible and the Apocrypha as inspired word of God; plus church tradition is equally authoritative.

Eastern Orthodox:
Accepts 66 books of the Bible as inspired revelation; plus church tradition is equally authoritative.
